In Theory of Knowledge, the main concept is to teach students to both understand and intelligently question their own education. Why it is constructed the way it is? Who makes choices and why? What are the consequences, good and bad, surrounding education and the student’s role. Key concepts here are Epistemology, Knowledge claims, Knowledge Issues and appropriate conclusion.
The goal is to give students an independent way of questioning the world and their education and defending their own assumptions about it.
